Dover-Foxcroft – The Piscataquis Public Health Council (PPHC), our region's Healthy Maine Partnership, and Mayo Regional Hospital are sponsoring a free asthma education workshop on Wednesday, May 2, from 5:00-6:00 in the Sebec/Borestone conference room at Mayo Regional Hospital. No registration is required. The workshop helps participants manage their Asthma, recognize signs and symptoms, and learn about treatments. The workshop will help individuals identify factors that contribute to their asthma: triggers/flare factors, environmental factors, individual factors, and allergy testing.
