1. Ordinance C2007-5 Airport Lease for LAB, LLC
BE IT ORDAINED, that the Dexter Town Council, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an agreement for the lease of property at the Dexter Regional Airport, hereby approves the lease of a lot by LAB, LLC (Ben and Linda Brown).

2. Ordinance C2007-6 Airport Lease for Gordon Cronin
BE IT ORDAINED, that the Dexter Town Council, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in an agreement for the lease of property at the Dexter Regional Airport, hereby approves the lease of a lot by Gordon Cronin.

3. Resolution B2007-08-2 Levy Limit
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Dexter Town Council hereby approves exceeding the property tax levy limit of $1,439,276.65 established for the Town of Dexter by State law due to the fact that the municipal budget approved by the Council will result in a tax commitment greater than the property tax levy limit.

Notice is hereby given that the Dexter Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers to consider the following:
RESOLUTION B2007-2008-1 -- 2007-08 MUNICIPAL BUDGET
BE IT RESOLVED, WHEREAS, the sum of $3,087,374 which sum constitutes the estimated requirements of the Town of Dexter for the year 2007-08 based upon the budget submitted by the Town Manager as provided by the Town Charter be raised by assessments upon the estates of the Inhabitants of the Town of Dexter, and upon the estates of the non-resident proprietors within the town, for the present municipal year, and the sum is hereby appropriated in addition to the sum otherwise provided.
