NORTH DEXER - Wayside Theatre And Wayside Grange will host a Benefit Concert and Grange Supper in memory of Dolly Starbird on November 19, featuring the groups, “Evergreen” and “The Abbott Hill Ramblers,” who have Generously donated their music to make this a successful event. Supper will be spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread, dessert and beverages, served at 6:00 p.m. The concert follows at 7:00 p.m. Admission to the supper and the concert is by donation, and all proceeds from the event will go to the Dr. Dolores "Dolly" Finley Starbird Scholarship Fund for DRHS students. Dolly was a willing and enthusiastic volunteer at many Wayside events. She filled in at the ticket desk, contributed baked goods for our intermissions and helped with the building renovation by painting and sewing. She was especially pleased to become one of the "Witches of Wayside," our core group of kitchen volunteers and to participate in their comic antics at our Third Annual Talent Night in 2004.
