DRDC Christmas Lights Contest

DEXTER – The Town of Dexter was bright and colorful for the Christmas Season and Dexter Regional Development Corporation is proud to announce the winners of the Christmas Lights Contest that was judged Thursday evening, December 22nd. DRDC voted to perpetuate the Season of Giving by giving each winner a $100 contribution in their name to their "Charity of Choice". It was a difficult for the 5 judges to choose the "best" because everyone did a great job using a variety of themes, or no particular theme at all. All were great!

These were 13 entries with one winner in each category:
1. Residential category - Winner is Galen & Debbie Tibetts donating to the Dexter Fire Department Relief Fund. The Tibetts home is on 3 Pine Street.
2. Commercial category - Winner is Country Charm donating to the Irene Cochrane Scholarship Fund c/o the North Country Riding Club. They are located on Main Street in Dexter, across from Renys.

DRDC would like to thank everyone for entering this years contest. The light displays are more numerous and delightful than ever before. Great job Dexter Residents!
